I'm teaching myself how to play piano at the moment. Experience on the vibraphone and other instruments is helping quite a a lot =P but i find my self developing a style very similar to your own. Anyway i was wondering. Do you fool around a bit with what your gonna do before you record or do you just go straight into it? either way its most impressive

Thx Erik! I've been getting better at playing different chords an stuff together, and I wanted to test it out. This is one of my favorites of all my acoustic compositions. Btw I used alot more different chords than usual. I think six or seven.

very good

I like the bassline that comes in around :15 seconds also the marimba has a cool tune when it come in later. The bass line mixes in well with those. I really like the style change at :58 those mixed in turntables fit in perfectly. A nice head bobbin groove youve got going in that part. A very good mix of instruments at the end. It was a good build up and the climax of the song as it got toward the end was great. A very good job indeed! 10/10 5/5 downloaded

Heavy metal?

This isnt heavy metal. The tune doesnt match the beat at all. the intro is too slow and boring. Theres no real tune its just a bunch of random synth notes. It makes no musical sense.

My opinion

I really like the ambience in the beginning but it just stops at :17 it should have kept going on like that. And it surprises me that all those chords are a guitar. Some of them arent in key with the rest of the song. Are the drums programmed? I like them a lot. Something goes wrong at 1:45 the whole mood changes and the guitar isnt on beat. I dont think that section should have been there. Also i think the section changes could have been smoother. What is that sound at 3:40? Overall its an pretty good ambient piece.

Well, thanks for being my first patron. To be honest I'm using a program called Riffworks T4, which is like a ghetto looping station. I guess most mistakes made myself are my inability too loop, I should practice on that.

If they're not in, key, it's because they're just sounds. :P The drums were in fact programed, I'm hoping to get myself some new ones though, as those get old pretty fast.

At 3:40, the sound's a magician's sceret lol. I know that this sounds like ambiet, although, it's still rock though, so maybe ambient rock?

Not great

Its not really wonderful but it doesnt deserve a zero. Its pretty boring and repetitive. Also it sounds like you have only two tracks going there should probably be a bass line or something. Also you should have put it in as a loop because it loops pretty well.

Really nice i like the jazzyness you got going here but i think at some parts the drums are just too crazy and it ruins the mood a little. They should probably be a bit quieter. I like it though
